TS Ven Properties, LLC was founded in August 2023 by Steven Schultze, a Ventura County native who spent fifteen years managing commercial portfolios before turning to residential and mixed-use properties closer to home.
Our story
Steven grew up in Camarillo and watched the city grow from a quiet agricultural town into a thriving community. He managed large apartment complexes in Los Angeles before returning to Ventura County to build a company that could offer the same professionalism at a personal scale.
Today we manage a portfolio of residential homes, small apartment buildings, and retail spaces across Camarillo, Oxnard, and Thousand Oaks. Our size is deliberate: small enough that every owner knows their manager, large enough that we can negotiate preferred rates with contractors and suppliers.

Steven Schultze
Steven holds a California real estate broker license and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He lives in Camarillo with his family and still drives by every managed property at least once a month.
